These terms and conditions govern the conduct of the Contest “#CanvasDoodle3” henceforth will be known as the “Contest”, which is brought to you by the organizer – Micromax.

This contest is brought to you by Micromax and any participation in this regard is voluntary. This Contest is open to all Indian citizens of 18 years of age or more residing in India except the employees and the family members of the Organizer, its associate companies, its advertising and promotional agencies and its auditors / executing agencies and their associate companies (“Contestant”). Minors are not allowed to participate in this Contest.
This contest is open from 28th April, 2014 on the official Micromax Facebook and Twitter Account. The last day for participation is 1st May, 2014 till 11:59 PM.
All decisions with respect to this contest, including number of gifts and type of gifts, will be at the sole discretion of Micromax and the same will be final & binding on a non-contestable basis.
Prizes are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No cash claim can be made in lieu of prizes.
There will be one winner from Facebook and one from Twitter. Each will win a brand new Micromax Canvas Doodle 3 smartphone.
Micromax shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered as a result of participating in this contest.
Micromax reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any/ all of the terms and conditions of this contest at any time without prior notice.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi only. The existence of dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against Micromax.
Micromax reserves the right to use all assets (content/images) that gets created with respect to this contest.
To participate in the Canvas Doodle 3 Contest, the contestant needs to do the following:

a)    Follow and Like Micromax on Twitter & Facebook respectively
b)    Follow the instructions as mentioned over there
c)    Share the wacky/ funny situations for 'piggy' based on the TVC http://youtu.be/lXP05nJr_VQ
d)    Multiple entries are allowed.
e)    At the end of the Contest Period, all Contest entries received by the Organizer during Contest Period will be considered for deciding Winners.
f)     Winners will be selected on the basis of the following parameters:
g) We will shortlist 5 entries from Twitter and Facebook respectively.
h)    The winners will be decided on the basis of voting which will commence from 2nd May and will conclude on 4th of May, 2014 on the Facebook tab
